Co-managed by CMCC Capital Funds and Dundee Real Estate Asset Management (“DREAM”), Fund II was established in 2014. The Fund was fully deployed across 16 investments between 2014 and 2016.

The Fund successfully repaid all investor capital by 2019, distributed the full 8% preferred return, and is projected to deliver a remarkable equity multiple of 2.98x and net IRR of 16.5%.
