Fund III was established in 2016 by CMCC Capital Funds. Between 2016 and 2018, the Fund was fully deployed across 13 strategic residential and commercial real estate investments and preferred equity in major urban centers across Ontario and Western Canada.

These projects are projected to deliver a net IRR of 11.7% and an equity multiple of 1.77x.
